Real estate isn't just my profession—it's part of my family 

In 1957, my grandmother, Agnes "Aggie" Wager, made history by founding Agnes I. Wager Realty, becoming the first woman to solely own a real estate brokerage in Dutchess County, New York. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of sitting on the floor of her office, listening to the conversations, watching deals come together, and witnessing firsthand the dedication she had to serving her community. Those early experiences inspired a lifelong passion for helping people find a place to call home.

I earned my first real estate license in Washington State in 1995. After returning to the beautiful Hudson Valley, I obtained my New York Broker's License and, in 1999, proudly incorporated Agnes I. Wager Realty, carrying forward the family tradition of integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service. Today, that legacy continues through Eden Real Estate Group LLC, where our mission remains centered on putting people before property and guiding clients through one of life's most important decisions with confidence and care.

For more than three decades, I have had the privilege of helping first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership while building lasting relationships with clients as they continue their real estate journey. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing families grow, invest, and create new memories in homes they love.

My experience extends far beyond traditional real estate sales. I previously served as President of The Appraisal Source, giving me valuable expertise in property valuation. I also worked as a Loan Officer for American Home Mortgage and Guaranteed Home Mortgage, providing me with an in-depth understanding of financing, lending, and every stage of the real estate transaction. This well-rounded background enables me to anticipate challenges, provide informed guidance, and help ensure a smooth, successful experience from contract to closing.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy comes from my family. I am the proud mother of five wonderful sons and a grateful grandmother. I am also deeply passionate about animal welfare, volunteering with several animal rescue organizations and advocating for animals in need.

Music has always been another meaningful part of my life. Alongside my husband, I perform as the lead vocalist of our rock band, sharing our love of music with audiences throughout the Hudson Valley. And if there's one thing that truly captures my heart, it's horses—they have been a lifelong passion and a constant source of inspiration.
